key duties and responsibilities:
1.to develop and manage the college promotion platforms, including but not limited to the wechat posts, official website, newsletter, and other public documents of the college;
2.to coordinate various student activities of the college, including but not limited to orientation, high table dinner, graduation events and major celebrations;
3.to participate in various college whole-person educational programs; to build and guide different student associations and groups;
4.to undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor. working during non-office hours will be needed.
qualifications and requirements:
1.a master’s degree or above, at least 1 year of public relations, activities coordination, multimedia editing or relevant working experiences, preferably with tertiary institutions;
2.strong organizational capability and adaptability, excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
3.good organizational and problem solving skills; good physical and mental health, strong affinity;
4.excellent written skills in both english and chinese; proficiency in office software;
5.knowledge in arts or specialty in sports would be a plus.
salary and benefits
salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
